By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using AudioFlex you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of the applicable license fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AudioFlex for your own personal or internal business purposes on the devices covered by your license.
Each license covers one active seat per platform (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS). A seat may be transferred to a new device using the self-service seat transfer process.
Time-limited licenses expire on the date shown in your license file. After expiry, AudioFlex will lock until the license is renewed. Perpetual licenses have no expiry date but may be subject to version restrictions as described in your license file.
We reserve the right to require a paid upgrade for major new versions. Your license terms are fixed at the time of purchase and are shown in your license file.
We reserve the right to revoke a license without refund if we determine it has been used in violation of these terms, including but not limited to sharing, reselling, or circumventing the license system. Revoked licenses are published to a public revocation list and the app will lock on next verification.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If AudioFlex does not work as described on your supported platform, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or if the license has been revoked for violations of these terms.
We may release updates to AudioFlex from time to time. Updates within the major version covered by your license are provided at no additional charge. We reserve the right to discontinue support for old versions by marking them as revoked or setting a minimum version requirement in the license verification system.
AudioFlex and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the developer. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
AudioFlex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AudioFlex, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AudioFlex after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may request a refund if within the refund period, or discontinue use.
