License and payment information. When you purchase AudioFlex, your name, email address, and payment details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive a confirmation from Stripe that your payment succeeded along with your email address and name so we can issue your license. We do not store your payment card details on our systems at any point.
License records. We store the license we issue to you including your email address, name, license ID, expiry date, and the platforms the license covers. This is necessary to validate your license and provide support.
Hardware fingerprint. When you activate AudioFlex on a device, a short identifier derived from stable hardware characteristics of that device is recorded alongside your license. This fingerprint is used solely to enforce the one-seat-per-platform limit and to detect license sharing abuse. It cannot be used to identify you personally and is not linked to any other data about you.
Activation records. We record which platforms your license has been activated on, the app version in use, and when the device was last seen. This is used to operate the license seat system and to provide support when you need to transfer a seat to a new device.
Seat transfer requests. When you use the self-service seat transfer portal, we record your email address, license ID, the platform being transferred, and any reason you provide. This is used to process your request and to detect abuse of the transfer system.
Support emails. When you email us for support, we receive and store the content of that email. We use it only to respond to your request.
Stripe processes your payment. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase hosts the database where license and activation records are stored. Their privacy policy is at supabase.com/privacy.
Cloudflare handles network requests to the license server and hosts this portal. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
License and activation records are retained for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support requests. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.
License files are signed with a cryptographic key so they cannot be forged or tampered with. Activation data is stored in a database with row-level security controls. We do not store your payment card details.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing audioflex.us@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
This portal does not use cookies or local storage. No tracking scripts are loaded. The only external request made by this page is to the AudioFlex license server when you submit a form.
AudioFlex is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AudioFlex after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
