Transfer a Platform Seat
Use this form if you have a new device and need to move your AudioFlex seat from your old machine to it. After the seat is released, open AudioFlex on your new device and load your .lic file to re-activate.

How do I find my License ID?

Open your .lic file in any text editor. The "license_id" field near the top is your UUID (format: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).

How many devices can I use AudioFlex on?

One seat per platform per license. A single license covers one Windows machine, one Mac, one Linux machine, one Android device, and one iOS device simultaneously.

I reinstalled my OS or factory reset -- do I need to transfer?

On Windows, macOS, and Linux, reinstalling the OS does not change your hardware fingerprint. Just load your .lic file again and it will activate automatically.

On Android, a factory reset does reset the device ID. Use the Transfer Seat form above before resetting if possible, or contact support afterward.

My transfer was blocked automatically. What now?

Automatic transfers are limited to 2 per platform per 30-day period. If you need an additional transfer, email audioflex.us@gmail.com with your license ID and order confirmation.

How do I install AudioFlex on iOS?

AudioFlex is distributed outside the App Store. We recommend AltStore for sideloading on iPhone and iPad. The app will guide you through the process on first launch.
